I had tried various meditation methods including attending Vipassana a couple times, however - while i got glimpses of peace but never had such elaborated understanding of human consciousness stuck in various chakras.
Physically, by the 7th day - my years long inflammation problem in stomach and food pipe was simply gone. I can now eat without fear of making stressful food choices.
On 10th day, I clearly got immersive Enlightenment and the Jyot experience, and Anhad Sound in the same session, and humbly as I can be, I can say these experiences are with me since that day and are growing as I am also evolving as a learner.
I think what has worked for me is - without a miss my daily practice with Daas Deenn Ji through personal guided Mantras, Guru Vaani, and these intuitive movements which just open me up to raise myself from attachments of survival, wants, passion etc... to the unification of Ida, Pingla and Sushmana giving me control back of my peace and stability of mind.
Physical, mental, psychological or spiritual, i think i have now come some distance with this advanced and ancient Kriya modality, and that i look forward to remaining consistent in practice to experience deeper and greater bliss.
My personal urge would be for the Vipassana folks to add this to their daily routine.
