5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

a) Webinar & Digital Sessions

  • Once a webinar or session is booked, no cancellation or refund is permitted.

  • This is because access links, resources, and time slots are reserved upon confirmation.

b) Missed Sessions

  • Failure to attend a scheduled session or webinar does not qualify for a refund.

c) Event Changes or Cancellations by Vitalkrriya

  • If a webinar or session is cancelled or rescheduled by Vitalkrriya due to unforeseen circumstances, participants may:

    • Receive access to the rescheduled session, or

    • Be offered an alternative solution at the discretion of Vitalkrriya.

Important: No refunds are issued once access to digital content has been provided.

6. Intellectual Property
